HP unveils new client solution

 The solution, being provided in partnership with Citrix, Microsoft and Intel, is simple to use and easy to maintain.

Briefing reporters, Vice President Client Solutions Anneliese Olsen said the Thin Client HP T5570-is built on HP’s blade servers and provides desktop experience.

Speaking at the event, HP India country head for emerging business unit Rajat Mehta said HP’s share computing -through which nearly 10 people can share the compute power of one PC-is enabling rural schools and businesses to implement ICT(Information and Communication Technology) more seamlessly than before.

“It uses very small portion of power required to operate traditional systems,” he said freeing rural schools and businesses from limitations of power deficiency or complexity of the system, resulting in increased IT adoption. It is available in both Windows and Linux environments.
