<p>"We will probe the issue and submit a report in the house," Labour Minister Chandra Prakash Chaudhary told the legislators who were demanding a probe by an assembly panel.<br /><br />The issue was raised by Jharkhand Vikas Morcha-Prajatantrik (JVM-P) legislator Samresh Singh who wanted to know the status of Chinese working in Electrosteel company in Bokaro district. <br /><br />Supporting the demand, Uma Kant Razak of All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU), which is a part of the ruling alliance, said: "The state government should probe whether the Chinese labourers working in the company arrived on a tourist visa or a labour visa".<br /><br />"Around 1,000 Chinese labourers are working at the company at cost of the local labourers," he said. </p>
