Zilla Panchayat member Bhagirathi will inaugurate the programme while Aivarnadu GP President Rathna G Shanthimoole will preside. ZP Project Officer Thakat Rao and others will be the chief guest. DHO Dr Jagannath will deliver a lecture on the occasion.
