Police arrested a rowdy and three of his associates on charges of plotting to kill their rivals to gain supremacy in the area.
The arrested were identified as Ravi alias Cycle Ravi and his associates Manjunath, R Sunil and Swamygowda, police said.
The four revealed that they wanted to eliminate their rivals to gain the supremacy in the area, police added.
