SP lays foundation stone for bridge

“The police are working for the benefit of the people just like a bridge. The cops are striving hard to maintain peace in the society,” said SP.

The bridge is constructed for the benefit of poor people in a naxal prone area like Kithalaymanekudige. The Art of Living Divine Karnataka has come forward for this noble initiative and the police will extend its full support, he said.

Under the guidance of Ravishankar Guruji, the Art of Living contributed up to Rs 4 lakh and will complete the work within 40 days, said Art of Living Manager G Nagraj.

This bridge will benefit 66 members from 13 families, he said.
