Vinay returns to small-screen

Acclaimed Bollywood actor, Vinay Pathak, will be seen in a new television avatar — as the host of FOX History and Entertainment’s series, History Showcase that will be aired soon on the channel. Vinay will anchor four episodes of History Showcase, and bring to life some of the greatest stories of ancient and world history in his own unique and inimitable style. The programme is a compelling series that gives viewers an entertaining tour of world history through dramatised stories and gripping narratives.

Vinay Pathak has hosted music and sports television shows in the past. This is his first foray into FOX History and Entertainment. Vinay promises to bring his charm and wit to History Showcase and create an entertaining package to keep viewers
glued to history.


Solving relationship problems

Discovery Travel and Living presents Newly Wed, Nearly Dead. The show tackles the problems often faced by married couples. Join marriage expert Gary Direnfield as he encourages newlyweds to confront their grievances and helps silence the panic sirens before its too late. The viewers get an amusing insight into newly formed relationships. The programme airs on May 10 at 8 pm.

After laying off his regular talent, blues singer Bertha Mae, Tyrone announces to his sidekick Maceo that he has hired the famous electric guitar player, Guitar Sam,
for a special one night only gig. On the day of the show, the train arrives and
Guitar Sam is no where to be found.

Tyrone is forced to take drastic action. He makes a deal with Sheriff Pugh to release Sonny, the kid who hopped off a freight car and turned up in a club saying he could play the guitar as well as any Guitar Sam.
