Welcoming the Central government’s decision of drafting the Jan Lokpal Bill, he said once the Bill is passed in the Parliament, then every State government would be liable for the proper implementation of the Bill. As the draft is yet to be framed, it is necessary for the Prime Minister to call upon a meeting of the Chief Ministers, hold discussion and consider their opinions, he said.<br /><br />When asked about the ban on Endosulfan, he said the ban was imposed temporarily for a period of two months which would lose its validity in another few days. But the State government will make it a point to ban endosulfan permanently, he ascertained.<br /></p>
