Vijay (20) and Vinay (21), residents of R T Nagar, are the dead. Vinay was working in a call centre, while Vijay had discontinued education temporarily after he failed II PUC exams.
According to the police, the accident occurred at Nandi Cross when they were returning to the City from Chikkaballapura.
