Pandey's return thrills coach Marsh

Last Updated 24 April 2011, 16:45 IST

“It’s good news that he will be ready for the next match. He is a good Twenty20 player and a good fielder. We will decide about his inclusion in the evening,” said Marsh.

Pandey was slapped with a four-match ban for breaching IPL’s player guidelines.
Two defeats in as many games notwithstanding, all-rounder Albie Morkel said CSK were not initmidated by the defeats and had the ability to turn the things around.

“We are not intimidated by the defeats. We needn’t panic as we have been in similar situations before. Last year, we had to win almost every match to make the semifinals and we accomplished that. We have two matches convincingly this time and lost two close matches. We haven’t played badly,” Morkel said.

He added, ““I don’t see it as a do or die situation. If we win one or two games, we will be at the top or somewhere near it. The tournament is wide open.”
