Suresh Shetty, proprietor of Fashion Footwear has been arrested by the police on the basis of the complaint received from the locals that Shetty has been misbehaving with the young girls who come to his shop to buy footwear. Accordingly police raided the shop on Thursday night and recovered 7 blue film CDs. He has been given to judicial custody till August 8.
It may be recalled that earlier Shetty was once arrested for trying to eke out money from a lady by threatening her by calling himself a journalist. Raged mob had pelted stones at Fashion footwear when the news of Shetty’s arrest spread.
