PES staff wants revised AICTE pay scales

They alleged the management had not yet implemented the revised pay scale though the State Government directed all the aided educational institutions in the State. Despite repeated pleas submitted to principal, their demands were not yet fulfiled.

As per the guidelines of the Government, management has to send required records, details to the Department of Technical Education pertaining to the implementation of pay scale; but the principal is allegedly delaying to send the same for reasons best known to the management. They threatened to intensify the stir in case their demands are not met within few days.  

They urged the principal to send the details sought by Department of Technical Education in the larger interest of teaching staff.  President of Teaching Staff Association Dr Ramalingaiah, Secretary K M Jagadeesh and others participated in the protest.
