"We requested the doctors to conduct the autopsy on Farha's body, after we received an official letter from the Israeli embassy. Farha's parents gave their consent for the autopsy through the Israeli embassy," Talaghattapura police inspector T Mahadev told Deccan Herald.

The police have decided to send the victim's fingerprints  to the embassy for confirmation. "We have decided to match the samples with the fingerprints of Tamara available with the embassy. The embassy officials will officially announce Farha's murder after verifying the samples. All reports will be sent to the victim's parents in Israel," another police officer said.

It is said Farha's parents would decide on coming to Bangalore to collect the body after receiving the confirmation letter from embassy. Police are likely to get the autopsy report in a couple of days.

Lokesh Chandra Das allegedly murdered Tamara in his apartment on April 15 and stuffed the body in a freezer. Das surrendered before City Commissioner Jyothi Prakash Mirji on the same day and confessed to the crime.
