High spirited fashion

The bar counters had remained open from 3 pm onwards and people trooping in helped themselves to unlimited liquor and with food to bite into.

People lazed about, sat around, smoked to their lung’s fill and gulped down one drink after another to beat the fairly long gaps between each of the shows. It was also time to make new friends and run into good old ones as well.

The guest list was a who's who of the City's P3Ps, who true to their wont had dragged along who ever they could. Actors Sindhu Menon, Sanjana and Prajwal Hedge, Anitha Kholay, Pankaj Advani and Waseem Khan were among those on whom the paparazzi's flashlights lingered on among the guests.

     Pankaj Advani was thrilled that he’d walked the ramp on the eve of his birthday and thought a fashion week in our City would truly put the City on the global fashion map. Designer Anitha Kholay was impressed with the talent and the array of designs, “What more can Bangalore ask for? Some of the designs might have seemed a little bulky but they’re perfect for such high end events,” she said.

Additional Commissioner of Police Praveen Sood who strayed in on the last day said he’s thrilled that the City got to witness some unique themes and designs. Actor Prajwal Devaraj said he’d heard so much about the event that he just had to be in on the last day to catch a glimpse of the show before he completely missed out on it.
