BJP activists protest against Guv's action

They staged dharnas and took out  protest rallies in Gauribidnur and Shidlaghatta, accusing the Governor of being a ‘Congress agent’ and going against the democracy.

The Governor should protect and uphold his position and should not be given to vindictive politics, said BJP District unit General Secretary  C V Lokesh Gowda in Shidlaghatta who added that he was opposing BJP without unnecessarily.

A sad development

It is sad to see that Bhardwaj has given order to dissolve the Government which has majority against the Constitution, said Party taluk unit president Ramesh Bayeri.

An effigy of Governor Bhardwaj was burnt in front of the Taluk Office by the protesters.  
BJP town unit president Military Raghu, TMC nominated members Srikant, Vinayak, BJP town unit vice-president V Madhu, Kambadahalli Surendra, Ramachandra, Rupasi, Ramesh, Maqsood and others were present on the occasion.

Gauribidnur

A protest rally was taken out by the BJP workers here on Thursday who demanded recall of the Governor.

The protest rally was taken out from Gandhi Circle to Nagaiah Reddy Circle via Ambedkar Circle. The protesters staged dharna for some time both at Ambedkar and Nagaiah Reddy Circle.

BJP district unit president Ravinarayana Reddy said that the favouritism shown by the Governor towards his party will tarnish his post.

Governor should not forget that he too is bound by rules and regulations, said Zilla Panchayat member Narasimhamurthy added.

Leaders Diary Ramesh, Venkatarama Reddy, Gopi Nagaraj, Jagannath, Jayanna, Pacchiswamy and others were present on the occasion.
