Agreement papers on the loan bearing soft interest, which has already been sanctioned by Japan under its Overseas Development Assistance, were exchanged between the two countries here on Monday.
Under this loan package Japan will provide funds to the tune of Rs 1100.67 crore to fund the second phase of the Bangalore Metro Rail Project.
