Speaking after unveiling a statue of former chief minister J H Patel and Vartha Bhavan in Haveri on Monday, Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa told the party workers to “educate the efficient workers of the Opposition parties about our ideologies and bring them to the BJP to strengthen it at the base”.
He told the partymen to decimate the JD(S), which is in doldrums because of the politics of the Deve Gowda family, and to make the Congess sit in the Opposition for the next 25 years, by luring their best leaders at the base into the BJP.
