<p>Musharraf's application for registration of the All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) - that has been pending for more than a year - was not on the agenda of the commission's meeting Wednesday because of two objections, sources told Dawn News.<br /><br />The first objection was raised by a man who claims that his party with the same name was registered with the election commission in 2006.<br /><br />The second objection was from the Pakistan Freedom Party which said the symbol of "eagle" sought by the APML has already been allotted to it.<br /><br />The APML was formed in Pakistan last year. Mushrraf, currently in self-imposed exile in Britain, said he would return to Pakistan for the elections scheduled in 2013. The election commission, however, registered 14 new parties Wednesday.</p>
