The responsive and fuel efficient K-series engine that today powers Maruti’s small and compact cars as WagonR, Swift, Estilo, A-star, Dzire and Alto-K10, was first launched in October 2008.
Maruti’s K-series is a compact, fuel efficient light weight and low-friction engine that offers the best value in terms of fuel efficiency and superior performance to its owners, the company claimed.
This engine complies with the basic needs of today’s customers as optimally powered, low emissions, fuel efficient and lower noise, vibration and harshness.
