Task Force report on Suvarna Soudha soon

A team of the Task Force conducted an on-the-spot assessment of the work on Friday. A discussion with the local officers of the Public Works Department and secretary to the PWD has also been scheduled.

The project cost has already escalated to Rs 370 crore and a new proposal for Rs 170 crore has been submitted. The Chief Minister has taken exception to the huge cost escalation. He had sought a status report on the project.
