Knights in Khaki honoured

Police personnel who have rendered exceptional service were honoured here on Monday, by the DCP (Law and Order) Basavaraj Malagatti at ‘Knights in Khaki’.

The annual event organised by the Mysore Round Table 21 and the Mysore Ladies Circle 9 saw four police constables from district police department and four from the city police department being honoured.

Padmanabh (Law and Order), D S Suresh (crime), Srikantamurthy (Traffic) and Nalina (woman constable) from the city police wing were honoured.

From the district police wing N V Krishna (Badanavalu), N Manjunath Rao (Mysore rural sub division), Shiv Kumari (Saligrama) and Vyramudaiah (DAR Mysore ) were honoured.

The awardees were presented rolling shields and gifts from the members of the Round Table and Ladies Circle.

Masuma Vagh Area 6 chairperson Ladies circle India, Sunil Bhatia Area 6 chairman Round Table India, Prajakta chairperson Mysore Ladies circle 9 and Rajesh Kutnikar chairman Mysore Round Table 21 were present at the function.
