'Having friends outside is less complicated'

Radhika Pandit has stopped being good friends with the people she has worked with. “People may say that there is a hidden motive behind such friendships but according to me friendship and profession are two separate things and as long as they are kept separately, it will work in the industry,” she feels.

Aindrita Ray 

Aindrita Ray says that she has a lot of friends in the industry but no best friends. “Having friends outside the industry is a lot less complicated because when you are with people in the industry you generally tend to talk only about movies and work which can get stressful. But when it comes to friends outside work, we get to talk about other things,” she tells.

Gururaj Jagges

Gururaj Jaggesh is a very private person by nature. He generally stays away from industry gatherings, and he doesn’t have any best friend in the industry. “Friendship, anywhere, will not work if either of the individuals is not genuine,” he says.
