Bhullar slips to tied 21st after 71

Arjun Atwal brought home a one-under 71 to be placed tied 95th along with Tiger Woods after the first round of the Buick Open in Michigan.

American Steve Lowery fired a nine-under 63 to grab a one stroke lead over Australian John Senden (64).
