School-specific content in CBSE training programme

Accordingly, principals will be educated about the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation and the various examination reforms introduced recently by the CBSE. The course content has been designed to make it “more suited” to the school scenario.

Importantly, the programmes will help the participants understand government policies such as Right To Education and inclusive education. For the second and the third training programmes, the Board has tied up with the Education Technology and Management Academy, Gurgaon. 

This time, vice principals, supervisors, and heads of departments from the affiliated schools can also take part in the training programmes. Each participant will have to pay Rs 15,000 for the five-day event. The registration form should be sent to Dr Sadhana Parashar, Head (Innovation and Research), CBSE, ‘Shiksha Sadan’, 17, Rouse Avenue, Institutional Area, Delhi-110002. The last date for receiving the form is August 12, 2011.
