Here are a few tips to help you stay in shape by spending just two minutes everyday.

* Step-ups (on a box, step or table) – Convert a box or table in your house into a stair-master.

Do this a few times everyday to build thigh muscle.

* Skipping (with a rope) – This will help build your muscles and also increase stamina.
You can even experiment with different techniques of skipping.

* Ab Crunches – Best way to get rid of tummy fat. Just get a rug and start with those crunches.

* Push-ups – For the strong-willed, this is a good form of exercise if you want those strong biceps.

*  Stair walking (1 or 2 at a time) – Avoid taking the elevator up to your house or office. This is the most time-efficient and works well too.
