The accused, Syed Izaj Ahmad and Syed Wasim Ullah, were trying to transport the money to Sharjah by the Air Arabia Airlines.
The duo were trapped while their luggage were being checked. They did not have any valid documents pertaining to the money.
The officials handed them over to the Bangaluru International Airport police. They are interrogating them about who gave them money and where they wanted to carry it.
