Schneider acquires Meher capacitors

 
The company had already acquired another Bangalore based company ‘Conzerv’ a provider of metering and energy auditing technology earlier this year. With these acquistions the company plans to strengthen its presence in the Asia pacific region including India market.

Country President of Schneider India Oliver Blum said, “Our recently formed Energy Management Business Unit can address the full life cycle of our customers energy efficency needs. The fast growing energy efficency field in India and across international markets will benefit from this venture”
