The government also said that in the best interest of students, it was better to complete admission process without any further delay in the matter.

If anyone had any complaints regarding conduct of examination, the P A Mohammed committee, which is the admission fee regulatory committee, had the powers to look into it.
The statement was filed by the government pursuant to the direction of the court.

The high court had yesterday reserved orders on a petition challenging the legality of entrance examination conducted by self-financing medical college management association.
The petition was filed by Amina Nahana of Kozhikode, complaining that the entrance examination conducted by the management association was farce.

The high court had earlier permitted the association to conduct the examination but had clarified that the admission process would be subject to final orders of the court.
The government was asked to file a statement on the issue.
