<p>Historian Suryanath Kamath and Academy president Dr Devarakonda Reddy said the week would be celebrated at 200 places in Karnataka.<br /><br />It will include a day-long seminar on August 17 at Kannada Sahitya Parishat by scholars like <br />Dr A Sundara.<br /><br />Distribution of 4,000-odd posters to members of the Academy across the State is the main feature of the event. IAS officer P B Mahishi will inaugurate the programme. The Academy will organise its 25th annual conference in Bangalore in the second week of September.</p>
