<p> .<br />The KRVV has strongly objected to the Chief Justice of India K J Balakrishnan’s statement discouraging establishment of Supreme Court Circuit Bench in other parts of the Country.<br /><br />The legal Commission had recently recommended to the Union Government to set up Supreme Court Bench in Kolkatta, Mumbai, Chennai or Hyderabad. <br /><br />M K Vijaykumar, President, KRVV has questioned the denial saying that it is necessary in the interest of Justice. <br /><br />“Even the High Court has established circuit benches, does it mean that it has lost its credibility ? We are finding it difficult in travelling, filing cases, conveyance and time, we need a Bench in South India,” he said.<br /><br />He said that KRVV will begin an agitation if the Supreme Court bench is not established in the City.</p>
