Speaking to media persons on Thursday, BJP District President Uday Kumar Shetty informed that Chief Minister will be welcomed at Hejmadi at 2 pm on his arrival to the district on August 20 from where he will be taken to Travelers Bungalow. He will inaugurate the indoor stadium, following which he will attend the felicitation ceremony by Fishermen Association.
The CM will also inaugurate the fisheries building at Malpe, he added.
The grand felicitation ceremony by the BJP district unit will be held at 5.45 pm at Shyamili Sabhabhavan. Prior to the felicitation ceremony, the CM will visit BJP district office. A vehicle rally will be organised from District BJP Office to Shaymili Sabhabhavan. Then, he will visit Kashi mutt in Hemmadi and the CM will make an overnight stay at Kollur.
On August 21 morning, the CM will go to Hattiangadi and offer prayers to Goddess Mookambika.
He is also scheduled to visit Anegudde on his way back to Udupi. Chief Minister will inaugurate Yatri Nivas at Divine Park in Saligrama. He will offer prayers to Lord Krishna at 12 noon on the occasion of Krishna Janmastami celebrations. Chief Minister will attend T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) programme at Hotel Valley View, Manipal at 1.45 pm. He will inaugurate a bus stand in Kaup before departing to Mangalore Airport, Kumar informed.
