Rehan Khan, one of the lead actors of Anjum Rizvi’s forthcoming release Fast Forward was a nervous wreck on the first day of shoot.  Before you assume that it was the first day pressure, the actual reason behind his nervousness was his vertigo problem.

Apparently, he was required to shoot on the 42nd floor of a building and knowing his phobia of heights, it was all kept hush-hush from the actor. The scene required Rehan to sit on the edge of the building. When he was finally informed about the scene, Rehan pleaded with his director Zaigham Ali Sayed to make some changes and make the scene comparatively easier.

But the director was adamant and determined at Rehan attempting the shot at least. To worsen things, Rehan not only had to sit on the edge but also dance on a water tank of a small width at the site. Finally summing up his courage, Rehan  pulled the scene off with complete elan. But what’s more commendable is that now thanks to his director, he has even overcome his fear of heights.

“I was extremely nervous when I was told about the scene, but after I did it, I thought it wasn’t all that bad. In fact, I’m pretty much over my fear of heights now. I do owe it all to my director,” says Rehan. Well, for a change, here’s a guy who transformed from reel to a real-life hero on the very first day of his shoot.
