Girl dumps fiance after he fails 'loyalty test' on FB

A girl in her twenties dumped her fiance after he failed a “fidelity test” on Facebook. She used this social networking site to get a peep into the character of someone she was getting married to later this year. She was also curious to know if her fiance was chatting and flirting with other girls on Facebook.

The girl, Meena (name changed) is a resident of Ambala district in Haryana. To unravel the truth, she created a fake account in the name of some girl on Facebook and started communicating with her fiance, a Panipat resident and a native of Mangalore.

At the end of this “loyalty test”, she found him guilty of moral conduct and discarded him. She has called off the proposed marriage.

Not only this, Meena now wants to teach her ex-fiance a lesson. On Wednesday, she gave a formal complaint at the crime against women cell in Ambala seeking action against her wannabe husband.

According to the girl, her fiance wrote obscene text, flirted with more than one girl at the same time, while she interacted with him on Facebook on the fake identify.

Meena’s curiosity to sneak into the boy’s moral fiber has a background to it. It was a few months ago in April 2011 that the two got engaged. Then started the season of talks on the mobile.

Here’s when the girl discovered her fiance’s increasing curiosity to talk lose and at time even porn stuff with her on the phone.The explicit sexual chatter made her uncomfortable.

By now Meena had made up her mind for a set up that could bring to fore the true nature of her fiance.

The police is flummoxed at the entire episode. Ambala Superintendent of Police Shashank Anand said investigation is underway. He said the police are collecting facts to proceed further.
