The issue of NCDs with yield on redemption of upto to Rs 10.5 per cent return and will close on September 4. According to a statement issued by L&T Finance here, the issue aggregates to Rs 500 crore and the NCDs will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for enhancing liquidity.
The funds raised though the issue will be will be utilised for various financing activities.
