It’s an industry that produces over 150 mainline movies year after year and going by the current standards, more than 70 per cent of those ideas come from another person’s story palette.<br /><br /> Media analysts point out that of movies produced in Bollywood last year, 44 per cent were sequels, 20 per cent were remakes from successful South Indian movies, 14 per cent were remakes of old films, six per cent were Hollywood remakes, and only 16 per cent were original stories.</p>
