Kaif and Ronak helped JSC boys, who lead 37-22 at half-time, score a comfortable 51-32 win over Nationals, Mysore in the prequarterfinal match. For the winners, Kaif netted a match-high 14 points while Ronak came up with 13 points.

Joining Jayanagars in the last eight stage were, Ambedkar Sports Club, Sport Authority of India (Dharwad), Young Orions and Kanaka, Kolar.

In the girls’ section, JSC, powered by a 16-point effort from Siri, outclassed Rajmahal Sports Club 58-23 to make it to the quarterfinals along with Sports Hostel, Mysore, who defeated KS Hegde 17-6.
