Dr Parvez Ahmad Piran, BBMP joint director, animal husbandry said the revaccination drive will continue for the next two days. Palike will ensure that all the strays in and around Chokkasandra are revaccinated.
Besides the drive, BBMP officials also took the responsibility of vaccinating two more persons, Basavalinga (7) and Yallappa (25) with rabies immunoglobulin.
They were attacked by the rabid dog on November 15. Since these two persons had blood stained injuries, Palike administered them with vaccination shots again, added Dr Piran.
