Tata Docomo's new service

The Video Alert service addresses the customers need for one stop entertainment, the company said. It optimises customers’ involvement with the service by allowing them to subscribe to packs from varied genres like bollywood, hollywood, sports, devotion, lifestyle, cooking, travel, glamour, etc.

Tata Teleservices Karnataka Circle Chief Operating Officer A P Sriram said, “This innovative VAS application is specifically designed for ease of consumption for the customer by just clicking on video of the day WAP link sent via an SMS push.”

There is no data access charge for browsing through the portal, subscribing, streaming or downloading the video. The customer also has an option to download the video @ Rs 30 per video.
