Conditional bail for H N Krishna

Hearing a bail plea by Krishna, Justice H Billappa granted him conditional bail. He has been directed to produce a personal bond of Rs two lakh, along with two sureties of like amount.

He has also been directed not to contact the witnesses or tamper with the evidences.

Justice Billappa directed Krishna to be present before the CID everyday for one month and later on, whenever necessary without fail.

The High Court has reserved its judgement in connection with the anticipatory bail petition by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa in private complaint-6 (PCR-6).

Justice Billappa reserved it for judgement stating that the matter had already been heard and would be pronouncing the orders on November 28.
