<p>Hearing a bail plea by Krishna, Justice H Billappa granted him conditional bail. He has been directed to produce a personal bond of Rs two lakh, along with two sureties of like amount.<br /><br /> He has also been directed not to contact the witnesses or tamper with the evidences. <br /><br />Justice Billappa directed Krishna to be present before the CID everyday for one month and later on, whenever necessary without fail. <br /><br />BSY bail plea<br /><br />The High Court has reserved its judgement in connection with the anticipatory bail petition by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa in private complaint-6 (PCR-6).<br /><br />Justice Billappa reserved it for judgement stating that the matter had already been heard and would be pronouncing the orders on November 28.</p>
