Mikes can be used only in between 6 am and 10 pm. <br /><br />One should also get approval before decorating pendals with electric bulbs, the DC said.<br />If any untoward incident happens in the place where the idol is installed, the organisation conducting the programme will be held responsible.<br /> <br />They should also see that there should not be much sound pollution during the processions, he advised.<br /><br />DySP Putta Madaiah, Circle Inspector Siddaiah, Basavanahalli SI Ramesh and City SI Sharief were present at the meeting.</p>
