Confirming the same, Mangalore University Vice Chancellor Prof K M Kaveriappa said that he received a fax in this regard on Saturday evening.
It may be recalled that recently Higher Education Minister Arvind Limbavali had stated that all IFS officers serving as Registrars will be replaced.
Meanwhile, Dr K K Achari, who was hitherto serving as in-charge Registrar (Evaluation) has been appointed as the Registrar (Evaluation), said the Vice Chancellor.
