The women present were treated to fashion, styling and fitness tips from experts in the field. Casual, corporate, kanjeevaram, social, cocktail and bridal looks were presented on the occasion.
An interesting trivia quiz added the pep factor to the evening. It was interesting to note how each woman had her own story to narrate as far as their first Deepam sari was concerned.
They also talked about their favourite Deepam sari apart from coming up with an interesting 10-word description of what Deepam meant to them. Apart from saris, Deepam also has an exclusive collection of salwar kameez, tunics, designer men’s wear, ghagra cholis and lehengas. Both the MG Road as well as the Jayanagar store are multi-storeyed and each floor caters to a separate category.
Deepam houses about 10,000 designs of kanjeevaram saris and all these are unique masterpieces of its heritage looms.
