These cameras will not only help in keeping tabs on the work in the offices, but also allow the Deputy Commissioner and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate to know how an individual officer functions, official sources said. A state-wide area network, connecting the CCTV’s, will facilitate monitoring of office work from remote areas, they added.
As many as seven offices located at Bahadurgarh and Jhajjar towns have been chosen by the authorities where the CCTV cameras would be installed in the first phase.
