<p>Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday taunted co-member Lalu Prasad of RJD that the Congress-led UPA government had tricked him while providing for minority quota in the Lokpal Bill.<br /><br /></p>.<p>“Laluji, aap hi ke thaali se hissa bana liya. You are seething with anger, but you cannot say a word because you proposed the inclusion of minorities in Lokpal,” Swaraj told Prasad during the debate on the Lokpal Bill.<br /><br />A fierce protest by the RJD chief in the Lok Sabha last Thursday forced the Government to reintroduce a quota for ‘minorities’ in the Lokpal as well as in the search committee that would appoint members of the panel along with SCs and STs, OBCs and women.<br /><br />The Cabinet on the same day cleared a sub-quota of 4.5 per cent for the minorities within the 27 per cent reservation for the OBC in government jobs and education.</p>
