Another victim of officials apathy

Though she has attended all the examinations, answered well and was expecting good marks, all her dreams were shattered when the result was announced. To her shock, she found ‘absent’ in front of her name and her marks were zero.

Divya informed the principal, who in turn has informed the Uppinangadi examination centre.

Heavy price

Though she has received a favourable response, she is not sure how much time it will take to set right the error.

Divya had written her examination in one of the centre in Uppinangadi.

Her supervisors  have signed in her admission card before all the subjects to certify that she has appeared for all the six examinations. Speaking to Deccan Herald, Divya said “The PU Board is playing with the lives of the students like me. I am deeply saddened by the incident.”

Her father Vishwanath said “We are labourers. To set it right, we need to go to Bangalore. I am a poor man. I cannot go to Bangalore. We are hurt by looking at our child’s result.”
