<p>Taking note of corruption prevalent among the police force, the Haryana’s Director General of Police has directed all senior officials to keep a check by undertaking regular visits to police stations. <br /><br /></p>.<p>Director General of Police Ranjiv Singh said in a communique: “Inputs regarding involvement of police personnel in corrupt practices is being received regularly. <br /><br />“In view of this, all officers concerned are directed to pay frequent visits to the police stations and police posts”.<br /><br />The officer has also warned the police personnel from indulging in corrupt practices. Stern action will be taken against those involved in corrupt practises, Singh said. The communique was sent to all Commissioners of Police, Inspectors General of Police of various ranges and Superintendents of police of every district. <br /></p>
