A teenaged girl mixed sleeping pills in milk and gave it to her family to ensure that her boyfriend’s entry to her house, police said on Saturday.
The matter came to light after the girl’s grandmother, who had not taken the milk, reported it to police.
The incident occurred on Friday in Ajanta Colony. Police arrested the 19-year-old boyfriend and one of his friends on charges of fetching sleeping pills for the girl who is a student of class 9, a minor.
