<p>Union Corporate Affairs Minister M Veerappa Moily has said that no special meaning be attributed to the absence of a few members from the general body meeting of the KPCC.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Speaking to reporters here on Sunday, Moily said all those who stayed away from the meeting did so only on account of their personal preoccupations.<br /><br /> “The absentee legislators will not join Nationalist Congress Party since it has no founding in the State. No politician is attracted to a party which does not enjoy mass support,” he said.<br /><br /> Moily said Congress will come to power by registering a thumping victory in the next Assembly election. He said Congress will come to power by securing people’s mandate and not through ‘Operation Kamala’ resorted to by the BJP.</p>
