Aggarwal, Daniel make progress

 The Karnataka duo of Harshit Aggarwal and Daniel S Farid reached the under-17 boys’ third round in the 36th National Junior badminton championships at the Sawai Man Singh stadium here on Wednesday.

Harshit, the 14th seed, outclassed Srijan Saini of Himachal Pradesh 21-14, 21-9 in a second-round match that lasted just 17 minutes while State-mate Daniel, who made it to the main draw through the qualifiers, eased past Akshay Shekhawat of Rajasthan 21-5, 21-12 in 20 minutes.
