JOIN USAs everyone waits with baited breath for the counting of votes polled for Assembly elections in five states, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kalraj Mishra said Congress leader Rahul Gandhi should get all the blame if his party does badly in the Uttar Pradesh.
“Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, will be totally responsible for Congress’ loss,” he asserted.
Mishra’s statement has come a day after when Congress in-charge of Uttar Pradesh Digvijay Singh said that Rahul Gandhi is not to be blamed if party does not perform well in UP Assembly elections.
“A leader creates an atmosphere. To convert that atmosphere into votes and seats is the responsibility of candidates and the organisation,” Singh had said.
Commenting on Singh’s statement, Mishra said that “the Congress has started saying Rahul Gandhi will not be responsible for loss, they have realised that Congress is slipping to fourth position.
