Pepper chicken

*Ingredients: Chicken - 1 kg (medium pieces), ginger garlic paste - 2tsp, onion - 1 (shredded), green chillies (slit) - 10, dhania powder - 1 tsp, chilli powder - 1 tsp, garam masala - 1/2 tsp, salt, crushed peppercorn - 1 or 2 tsp, curry leaves.

* Method: Take a thick pan, add all above ingredients and 1/2 cup of water. Cook till dry. Add crushed peppercorn and curry leaves. Turn off the stove and add lime juice.
Chicken curry
*Ingredients: Chicken - 1 kg, onion paste - 1/2 cup, tomato puree - 1/2 cup, ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp, green chillies (slit) - 6, curry leaves - a few, chilli powder - 2 tsp, dhania powder - 2 tsp, turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, garam masala -  1/2 tsp, salt - to taste.

*Method: Heat pan. Add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, green chillies, curry leaves, chilli powder, dhania powder, turmeric powder and fry well. Add chicken, cook for a while, add salt and 1 cup of water. Cook the chicken well. Add garam masala.

Chicken dahiwala

*Ingredients: Chicken - 1 kg (medium pieces), onion paste - 1/2 cup, curds - 1 cup, ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp, roasted poppy seeds - 1 tsp, green chillies (slit) - 10, turmeric - 1/2 tsp, lemon juice - 1 tsp, white pepper powder - 2 tsp, garam masala powder - 1 tsp.

*Method: Put chicken pieces, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, curd, turmeric powder, green chillies in a pan and fry well. Add poppy seed paste, 1/2 cup of water and salt, and cook well to get semi coating consistency.
